New additions at AJS Profiles

2 New Reciprocating Lumsden Grinders including the biggest in the world – over 5000mm with overhang

State of the art furnace – capable of 1200 degrees celsius

What factory No 2 started the year looking like and what it looks like now

The big expansion plan of AJS Profiles is almost complete…..well for now anyway!!

In the past year, we have:

• Increased floor space by 25,000 sq ft
• Purchased 8 additional Lumsden Grinding Machines (1x 100″, 2 x recip, 2 x 60″, 2 x 48″, 1 x 24″) The large Reciprocating Lumsden is the biggest in the world with a table 4920mm long not including overhang. (AJS Profiles now have 18 Lumsden Grinding Machines)
• Installed 3 new cutting machines (10 in total now)
• Established a fabrication department
• Installed a large heat treatment furnace capable of 1200 degrees centigrade.

Not bad for a years work!!

Were not just the best Steel Profilers and Lumsden Grinders in the Land, we also have the best 2 George Michael lookalikes on the planet in our yard at present.
